As Structural Material

Using benzoxazine as a matrix resin solved the problem of moisture absorption and accompanying loss of strength, an issue that involved conventional epoxy prepregs.

As Interior Material

Benzoxazine is self-extinguishing and thus has excellent flame resistance, and also helps to lighten aircraft interior materials.

Since it is up to 20% stronger than conventional material, this characteristic supports reduced aircraft weight from a material aspect.
